About Alisa

Alisa is a specialist in premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) with a focus on addressing the underlying causes of PMDD using holistic and root cause treatment.
With degree qualifications in health science, clinical nutrition, and counselling, Alisa firmly believes that women deserve comprehensive awareness about managing their symptoms effectively without relying solely on medication or suffering medical mismanagement.
Additionally, she has significant experience as a counsellor, as well as treating addiction, and a special interest in ADHD in women.
Having personally navigated the challenges women experience within the healthcare system, Alisa discovered the significance of natural medicine and the essential role of holistic treatment; dedicating her practice to this approach.
Her mission centers on assisting women who prefer or require options beyond medication or wish to integrate natural evidence-based methods alongside existing treatments for long-term symptom management.
Alisa aims to address overall health as part of treatment and empower clients with the knowledge to understand their body and take actionable steps towards better treatment outcomes, and remission.
Beyond the limited medical options for PMDD, there are more suitable treatment options for maintaining mild and symptom free cycles at a holistic and root-cause level. Alisa believes it’s entirely possible to lead enriching lives while effectively managing symptoms.
Remission is possible with a tailored, evidence-based treatment plan
There is no one treatment for PMDD and no two women with PMDD with present with the same set of underlying factors.
